Forging Your Leadership Identity

Every great leader begins by leading themselves.

For you, that means aligning who you want to be with who you actually are under pressure. In this inspiring, relevant, and immediately applicable workshop, you will use the lens of Behavioral Integrity to clarify the leader you mean to be—and how to live it out, moment-by-moment.

Through energizing reflection and practical tools, leaders will clarify their values, define their “stand,” and commit to living—and leading—with integrity. Along the way, they’ll discover the catalysts that fuel courage, learn how to close the gap between intention and behavior, and strengthen their ability to act with integrity in moments of pressure or uncertainty.

90-minute Session: A focused, high-energy experience that gives participants clarity on their Leadership Integrity moments, and equips them with tools for aligning values and actions.
Half-Day Session: A deeper, more interactive journey that allows participants to explore formative leadership experiences, strengthen resilience in the face of challenges, and leave with practical tools for sustaining integrity over time.
Full-Day Session: A powerful blend of self-reflection, discussion, and application that culminates in the creation of a personal leadership “Creed” to guide decisions and actions. This extension of the half-day session offers even more tools and insights for application in leading oneself and others in the testable moments of life.
