This is the action that too often keeps us from being what we can be. And it's in our control. Courage is not the absence of fear, it's doing it in spite of the fear -- so the time may be right for us to lean into the fear and take this step.
The courage to ask
When trust is broken or needs to be strengthened, consider this path. It may be uncomfortable (because it takes courage to let go), but it just might set the conditions for trust to emerge.
The Opposite of Trust
As Aristotle says, we are what we repeatedly do. Here's a reminder that the moments matter in defining our real character. Battle to get it right.
