In this highly interactive keynote, Kevin Basik explores the power of a Creed: a simple, shared set of beliefs and behavioral commitments that turns values from words on a wall into actions people can see, feel, and follow. Participants will begin shaping a Creed for the group they lead—at work, at home, in their community, or anywhere people come together—and create the battle cries and calls to action that make those commitments memorable and actionable.
Drawing from behavioral science, leadership experience, and his work helping leaders bring values to life, Kevin takes participants through a practical process for turning what matters most into clear, observable commitments.
The result is more than a motivational conversation about values. Participants leave with the beginnings of something they can actually use—a Creed that gives their people a shared identity, a common standard, and a language for choosing how they will show up.
