What Leaders Do when Fear Shows Up
Courage is not the absence of fear and uncertainty. It is taking action in spite of it.
Every leader faces moments that test their resolve—when fear, uncertainty, or risk make the right action the hard one. In those moments, courage is the bridge between knowing what’s right and doing what’s right.
In this powerful, interactive workshop, participants explore what it means to act courageously in the face of everyday “battles”—from speaking up when it’s uncomfortable, to taking necessary risks, to standing firm under pressure. Through engaging reflection, practical tools, and guided discussion, leaders will examine the fears that hold them back—fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of the unknown—and learn how to move through them with purpose and strength.
Leveraging lessons from Behavioral Science, best practices, and even Medal of Honor recipient insights—participants will discover how to strengthen the 3 “Catalysts” to take bold, values-aligned action even when it’s difficult. Leaders will analyze real moments from their past, identify where courage is needed now, and design their own personal “Battle Cry” to anchor their mindset for future challenges.
