Building on personal leadership, this program equips supervisors to strengthen trust, foster psychological safety, effectively lead different follower types, and communicate in ways that elevate performance. Participants examine how their daily behaviors shape how others perceive them—and how those perceptions directly affect confidence, engagement, and results. Grounded in research and practical application, this experience develops the interpersonal awareness and influence skills required to build high-performing teams.

(Note: If the “Conflict Course” is substituted for the “Lenses of Leadership,” participants will explore the sources of conflict, and use a powerful self-assessment to understand their conflict tendencies (especially when under stress), and will examine strategies for creating healthy, productive responses to conflict in work and life.)
